The School Program for Building Resilience and Coping

IDRAAC, with funding from the European Union, implemented the “School Program for Building Resilience and Coping.” This initiative has benefitted 1,353 students by equipping them with essential skills to manage stressful situations and the pressures of daily life.

The program was integrated into the curricula of 17 public and private schools, supervised by 44 specially trained teachers. These sessions focused on fostering an inner strength, encouraging students to adapt and cope with various types of stress and challenging circumstances.

In collaboration with the Ministry of Education, we also distributed developed posters and educational materials to schools to further support this initiative.
